Holy Spirit/Presence of Love and Goodness is ever present in the air we breath, in the sun upon our faces, in the person next to us, in the contrariness of relationships. We stand in the presence of whatever is in the moment free. Free to let kindness, good will, patience, love be a gentle breeze in our minds, hearts, bodies. We do not need to yield to the negative, hostile feelings stirring in us……freedom to breath deep and exhale fully and be renewed in our minds….this is true because where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom and the Spirit is everywhere….
