(Ephesians 3: 17) --- "....the heart of the matter is...." -- what is the heart of all life, family, business, government, creation? Well, it seems to me the fundamental heart message Jesus Christ lived in this world was "God is love.." --- but the great "wisdom" of the day would say that is "pie in the sky" thinking and not practical for government, business, politics, making a living and surviving in this world. Well, why is what we are doing devoid of love not working???? And why are those small and almost unseen places where love is the heart of the matter that life is turned around for good???

Thank you, Holy Spirit, for these early quiet moments to get started today on the right path of thought and life. Thank you for loved ones near and far and friends all over. Thank You for healing and hope and love and purpose worthy of the effort and thank you on and on and on......

Special Prayer for Grandmother

HAVE NO ANXIETY ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT IN EVERYTHING BY PRAYER AND SUPPLICATION WITH THANKSGIVING LET YOUR REQUESTS BE MADE KNOWN TO GOD. AND THE PEACE OF GOD, WHICH PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING, WILL KEEP YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS IN CHRIST JESUS. (Philippians 4: 6,7) --- This is the Word for the journey today.  This is the word as grandmother goes for Cochlear Implant surgery in the hope and confidence she will be able to hear and participate in the conversation. 

Faith is not Blind

Faith is not blind. It is good sense to faith. Every where you turn in all creation is evidence of  Great Creation. 

If a persons religion cannot stand a bit of the doubting Thomas mentality there is something wrong with it. Thomas was being honest and asking for truth.

The my way or no way mentality in religion and politics today is frightening. This makes working together impossible.

…are one in the body of Christ..

And just being there with the ones we are caring for is a powerful presence. No matter how bad things may be we are connected in Christ and bad will not have the last word.
