Who we are

"…for being an elder turns much more on who we are than what we say. It is a quality of presence, a grace and integrity  shining through an older person, that most inspires others." (Weavings May/June/July 2016)

I understand the relevance of this as one lives into elder years of life; however I believe that from youth and all through life the most powerful influence one has is more in who he/she is than what they say. 

So teach us to count our days that we may gain a wise heart. (Psalm 90:12) -
