FW: thought

I'm still thinking ... what to add ... some days it's hard to find the
calm & peace ... but I know it's there ... in the conversation with a
spouse or friend or parent ... the cat sleeping peacefully on my lap ...
middle-of-the-night quiet when all are asleep and I get up for water ...
food for thought ... to look for the goodness
